We have a team of experienced and highly-skilled consulting engineers and analysts with a wide range of in-depth knowledge of the space and space communication field.

Based at our Farnborough and Goonhilly offices, the consultancy team provides both short and long term consultancy work.

We provide clearly presented results and analysis based on accurate mathematical models of space/satellite communication systems, orbital mechanics, spacecraft systems design, risk management, project and programme management. Additionally, our engineering design team can develop new hardware and embedded software/firmware products, and we have experience in designing and delivering training and educational programmes.

Goonhilly is a Board member for the Serapis Lot 2 Framework providing support to DSTL, MOD and Space Command. UKSA/ESA funded work provides opportunities for research and development at a variety of TRL levels. The role of the consultancy team is to develop technology in areas such as ground station operations and space situational awareness through general research and development work and bespoke work packages for our customers.
